Workway UK is a wholly owned subsidiary of privately owned Workway Hungary. The Parent company has a staff of 140 people operating in offices servicing the majority of the country.

Workway UK is part of a Euopean expansion programme that also includes Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic and Serbia.

Although only recently established with offices in the UK, Workway has been successfully recruiting and servicing demand for quality staff for a number of years.

Some notable successes have included the security markeplace where we have supplied 800 security personnel for Chubb. Workway undertook all the necessary security checks, CRB, National Insurance applications and necessary work permits in an extensive recruitment campaign. This project continues today and is now it it's 4th consecutive year.

Workway have also supplied 80+ HGV drivers for Milestone who regularly provide drivers for large haulage firms such as DHL, Eddie Stobbart, Wincanton and Sainsbury's to name just a few. Workway again provided many added value services as standard, not only those that relate to working in the UK, but ensuring the correct driving licences were in place and that drivers had sufficient driving experience on the UK roads.

Workway UK based in Essex provide's us with an excellent base from which we can service the UK demand and build on our initial success. There are a number of markets where there is a shortage of well trained, reliable and hardworking staff in the UK and one which Workway have already identified, and serviced well in Hungary, is the social care market.

Eastern Europeans are recognised in the UK as extremely hard working, knowledgeable and reliable, couple this with access to a large pool of suitable candidates, Workway are well placed to assist UK businesses with their staffing requirements.

Workway are proud to be one of the first companies to invest in local offices here in the UK and offer a much higher level of professionalism for migrant workers and the companies who hire them. For the employer Workway UK ensure that all CRB checks are carried out, National Insurance No's are obtained and any vocational qualifications or certifcates necessary are in place. We also ensure that the spoken and written word in English is at the correct level for working in the UK.

For the Employee we take care of travel to the UK, ensuring suitable accommodation is located and that transport to and from the place of work is simple and affordable. We assist the Employee in settling down in the UK by helping them set up Bank Accounts and obtaining mobile phones as well as a range of contact numbers and email addresses for those also relocating to Britain from Hungary.
